Employee Spotlight

Sarah S.

Sarah S.

Major kudos to Sarah S. the Rehab Manager at Sherman. She went above and beyond to shuffle around her laptop to multiple people throughout the day so they could enter all of their documentation and charges for yesterday and today since the internet is still not working at the facility. She is the real deal! No one asked her to do that she did it all on her own. Thank you Sarah for going above and beyond!

Chris N., PTA

Chris N., PTA

Chris was hired in 2015 as a new graduate. Since that time, he has provided exceptional care to Accel at Hermann Park, Pathways Memory Care, and Villa Toscana. Chris is an awesome therapist!
As Hurricane Harvey blew into Houston on August 26, 2017, all employees were unable to leave their homes due to mass flooding in many areas of Houston. However, Chris was committed to patient care, stating, “I will come to work no matter what…Those 5 stars won’t earn themselves”. Chris made it to work safely for two days while all other therapists were flooded in. He provided treatment for Villa Toscana, and also for our campus neighbor, Pathways Memory Care, treating a total of 17 patients each day. Due to his hard work and dedication, both facilities had no loss in patient care frequency! His colleagues have affectionately dubbed him, “MR. 5 STARS”.

Jenny H., OT

I graduated from Occupational Therapy School at the University of Oklahoma. I lived in Tyler and raised my family there, so I was familiar with RehabPro. I started working at RehabPro in 2007 looking for a possible PRN position and ended up as the rehab manager at Baybrooke in McKinney, Texas. I have been the rehab manager, and staff OT at Baybrooke and now I am currently working at Garnet Hill. So I can definitely say that what started out as a possible PRN position, has turned into 9 great years at RehabPro! I love my chosen profession and all the settings I have worked in. When I am not working, I enjoy playing with my 5 (soon to be 6!!) grandchildren, and hanging out with friends. I also enjoy baking and often bake for my family and co-workers.
