We offer a consumer choice option, giving our employees an opportunity to select the level of benefits that will best suit their needs. The PPO network within our plan is one of the largest in Texas, making it easy to access necessary medical care.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Colleagues can reduce taxable income by saving and investing in Rehab Pro’s 401(k) plan. Employees can enroll the first of the month, following 60 days of employment. This great benefit is available to our PRN and part-time employees, as well as full-time.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Rehab Pro offers Flexible Spending Accounts for non-reimbursed medical expenses and dependent daycare, as well as supplemental insurance policies available through Aflac.

Licensure Reimbursement

Rehab Pro reimburses its colleagues for costs expended for state licensure. This benefit is available to both full-time and part-time employees.


Rehab Pro’s dental insurance plan is cost effective for our employees and provides superior coverage. Most preventative care is available without a deductible and paid 100% by the plan. Major services and orthodontics (for children up to age 19) are also covered.

That’s why the company is proud to offer Rehab Pro University – an online course library of 300+ hours available 24-7! Additionally, Rehab Pro offers company sponsored continuing education courses, as well as provides employees with three years of service or more reimbursement for classes taken outside the company.
